Girdwood Realty, previously "Suburban Realty" has had a
longtime presence in the Girdwood community, opening their
Anchorage office in 1973 and expanding to Girdwood in 1979
offering services in real estate sales and property
management. Scott Kirk joined the Suburban team in 1992. He
and his wife, Nicole Kirk, purchased the company in 1998.
They are currently located on Olympic Mountain Loop, in the
chalet next to The Jade Shop. They plan to continue the
tradition of quality service, specializing in Girdwood real
estate sales and long-term rentals.
